Our cuisine is mainly based on traditional dishes from the Chianti region. Our menu is flexible to the requirements and suggestions of our guests.
We use fresh and locally-sourced ingredients in all of the dishes we prepare. We use the Castle’s very own IGP Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, local cold meats and cheeses, and game from our hunting grounds, such as pheasant and wild boar.
The seasonal vegetables we grow in our gardens also allow us to fully satisfy and respect the dietary needs of our guests.
